STIEBEL ELTRON MAXSOFT water softener – the secret to a perfect cup of coffee

Water is one of the most pressing concerns for restaurants, coffee shops, hotels and food industries. In addition to softening the water, MAXSOFT adjusts the colour of water before entering the coffee machine, prevents clogging in the coffee machine and adds value to the coffee shots cooked through the high-quality machines. MAXSOFT also conditions and adjusts water up to 8 levels to achieve “the right water” for each type of coffee bean. MAXSOFT can effectively adjust water hardness for drinking water, complying with FDA guidelines that limit water hardness to 100 parts per million (ppm). This will result in better-taught coffee being served to customers. 

Furthermore, filtered and softened water can improve the taste of food and drinks, while also preventing slurry accumulation and reducing bacteria transmission in the heating of various appliances. MAXSOFT has the ability to filter and reduce water hardness by up to 51 percent (filtering calcium and magnesium)., while its European made resin filter and  two-layer sieve filter with premium carbon powder help improve the taste of the water by removing chlorine, heavy metals, colours, and odours.
