Test, Reset button can be pressed normally. But turning on the water, the machine doesn't work.

This problem could occur from 2 reasons because of

1. Flow switch is not working

• Cause: Reed sw/Magnet is broken.

Solution: contact service center

•  Cause: clogged waterways

Solution: clean, replace the filter

2. Thermostat cut off

• Cause: temperature is overload

Solution: Press Reset thermostat button.

• Cause: Triac or control panel is broken.

Solution: contact service center.
